How do you pay in store with Satispay?
At the till, just open the app, scan the QR Code displayed by the merchant and enter the amount: the payment is completed in a few seconds and you receive a confirmation directly on your phone.
Can I use Satispay online too?
Yes. On partner websites, select Satispay at checkout: you receive a notification in the app, confirm, and your order is on its way.
How much does it cost to use Satispay?

What are Cashback Points?

How do you use Satispay?
Satispay is easy to use: set a weekly or monthly budget to automatically top up your account, move money freely between the app and your bank account, and the more you use it the more familiar it becomes — with helpful tips to make you an expert user.
How do you top up your Satispay balance?
You can link your bank account and enable the automatic weekly top-up, or top up manually with a bank transfer from your bank account or your bank's app, transferring the amount you want. Either way, you always stay in control of your balance and all your transactions.
How does Satispay work for younger users?
Teenagers between 14 and 17 download the app and enter the phone number of a parent or legal guardian, who approves the sign-up from their own Satispay profile. In three simple steps kids can manage their own money, while parents always stay informed.
