3 instalments, 0 interest, one single tap

With Satispay you can pay for your purchases in three convenient instalments, with no costs or interest. When paying in physical stores or online, enter the total amount (or scan the QR Code on the POS), select the "Pay in instalments" option, view the instalments with their amounts and dates and confirm the transaction. The merchant immediately receives the full amount, while you only pay the first instalment at the time of purchase; the following two instalments are charged automatically every month. APR 0%. Pay in instalments is a feature reserved for a limited number of adult users and available only in selected stores.

The feature is being rolled out gradually and is not yet available to everyone. To access the service you must be part of the selection of users made by Satispay, have a verified account in a country where the feature is offered, be at least 18 years old and have a valid IBAN registered. If you don't see it in the app yet, you cannot request it from customer support: as soon as it becomes available for your profile, you'll find it directly in the app.

You pay the first instalment right away at the time of purchase; you just need enough available Balance in the app, otherwise you can make an instant top-up (€0.25) to cover it. The next two instalments are due after 1 and 2 months and are collected automatically. Three days before each due date you receive a notification and an SMS. When the charge is made, your Balance is checked first: if it's sufficient the instalment is paid immediately, otherwise the linked bank account is charged (3–10 business days). You can request a refund for a purchase paid with Pay in instalments from the merchant or by contacting Satispay. In case of a refund, the amount is used to reduce or clear future instalments; if it's higher than the remaining instalments, the difference is credited to your Balance. If the merchant refunds you with a voucher, gift card or cash, the instalment plan remains unchanged.

No specific requirements are needed for stores to offer the feature. The service, which is not available for all types of merchants, lets customers split payments into 3 instalments at no additional cost for the merchant; it's free and doesn't involve any changes to the existing contractual terms.
