The organiser of the "Welcome Invest" programme (the "Programme") is Satispay Invest S.A., a company incorporated under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 53, Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("Satispay Invest", or "we/us").
Satispay Invest is an investment firm regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier with register number P00000555.
Satispay Invest is an investment platform available on the Satispay App that allows you to invest your e-money.
The Programme allows you to receive a benefit linked to registration for the Satispay Consumer service provided by Satispay Europe S.A., an electronic money institution regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier with register number W00000010 ("Satispay Europe"). Satispay Europe offers a payment system that allows you to make purchases at affiliated stores, receive Cashback and exchange money with your friends.

The Programme is open to all consumers who can use our services (the "Beneficiaries") who:
👉 have never registered through the App for the Satispay Consumer service offered by Satispay Europe; and
👉 have a link, a dedicated landing page or a promotional code (the "Promo Code") created and shared by us, by your friends and contacts, or by affiliated brands participating in the Programme.
As a Beneficiary, you may take part in the Programme only once.
As a Beneficiary, you could receive a bonus on your e-money account opened with Satispay Europe equal to the amount communicated to you or advertised by us or our partners (the "Bonus"). Please note that the Bonus will be considered a discount, applied to the amount that the user must spend through the App (see point 5 below).
Getting the Bonus is very simple! Just follow the instructions below👇.
👉 Once the campaign deadlines have passed, the Promo Code will have expired and you will no longer be entitled to receive the Bonus. 👈
🚨 Remember: if you download the App without following the link received, you must enter the Promo Code manually when registering for the service. Failure to enter the Promo Code makes it impossible to award the Bonus.
👉 You can only obtain the Bonus if you make payments at physical and online stores. Specifically, the following payments will not be considered eligible:
🚫 We reserve the right not to award the Bonus if your balance in the App is negative when the Bonus is credited. 🚫
Regardless of whether you obtain the Bonus described above, as a Beneficiary you may also be entitled to an additional benefit (the "Bonus Invest"), upon fulfilment of one or more of the following conditions, as specified in the communication received:
Bonus Invest is awarded, as specified in the communication received, in one of the following forms: (i) fractional shares or ETFs relating to the first financial instrument in which the amount required under this Programme has been invested; or (ii) a number of transactions without transaction fees on the Stocks and ETFs service, to be used within the period specified in the communication received. The value and form of the Bonus Invest to which you will be entitled, as well as, where applicable, the number of transactions without transaction fees and the relevant period of use, will always be specified in the communication you received.
The value of any shares or ETFs awarded as Bonus Invest is subject to market changes and fluctuations; these instruments are not equivalent to money. Bonus Invest, in whatever form it is awarded, is actually credited according to the technical timeframes applicable to the instrument or service concerned and, in any event, within 60 days of completion of registration for the Satispay Consumer Service.

You will receive the Bonus after spending the required amount (see point 5 above) through the App, at physical and/or online stores affiliated with Satispay Europe services.
The Satispay Consumer Service and the Satispay Investment Service may be activated by Satispay Europe and Satispay Invest respectively if the identification and customer due diligence processes have a positive outcome and you meet all the necessary requirements (please read the general terms of service, which you can find in the "Legal Hub" section of the website). The identification and customer due diligence processes begin upon completion of registration for the respective services.
You can check at any time whether the Bonus has been credited to you in the Profile section of the App. This "incoming transaction" will be visible at any time in the transaction history, in the "Transactions" section of the App.
Similarly, you can check whether Bonus Invest has been credited, where earned, in the Investments section of the App if Bonus Invest has been awarded in shares or ETFs.
As a Beneficiary, you may use the credited Bonus to make payments through the App to third parties affiliated with Satispay services.
Bonus Invest, on the other hand, can be used, depending on the form of award specified in the communication received: as an investment already credited to your Stocks and ETFs account (if awarded in fractional shares or ETFs); or to carry out purchases or sales of Stocks and ETFs without transaction fees, within the period specified in the communication received (if awarded in the form of transactions without transaction fees).
After you have registered for Satispay Europe services, we reserve the right to suspend your Promo Code if we detect:
👉 unlawful use of the App and/or our services and/or those offered by Satispay Europe;
👉 abuse in obtaining the Bonus and/or Bonus Invest and/or fraudulent actions to obtain the Bonus and/or Bonus Invest, including with the cooperation of other Beneficiaries and/or users, in breach of the purpose and terms of this programme or other Satispay Group programmes.
Your Promo Code will be suspended with immediate effect after notification by email.
If we detect systematic abuse of this Programme or other programmes organised by the Satispay Group, including with the cooperation of other Beneficiaries and/or users, we and Satispay Europe reserve the right to deactivate your account and suspend and/or discontinue the services offered by us and/or Satispay Europe with immediate effect.
The Programme is valid until 31 December 2027 (inclusive).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend and/or cancel the Programme at any time. In this case, we will communicate our decision in advance by notification in the App, by email or through the website.
🚨 The modification, suspension and/or cancellation of the Programme will not affect registrations initiated, payments made or Bonuses accrued before the effective date of the modification / suspension / cancellation.
We process Beneficiaries' personal data within the Programme in accordance with applicable personal data protection laws. For further information, please read our privacy policy.
Investments involve risks, including the potential partial or total loss of the capital invested. The value of financial instruments received as Bonus Invest is subject to market changes and fluctuations depending on financial market performance, and past returns are not indicative of future returns. This value may therefore increase or decrease compared with the value of the instruments when they were awarded. Fractional shares and ETFs involve additional risks and do not confer voting rights.
The execution and custody investment services relating to the Stocks and ETFs account are provided by our partner Upvest Securities Gmbh, authorised and supervised by BaFin.
Company shares and ETF units or shares that may be received as Bonus Invest are subject to taxation under current tax legislation. In this case, it is the Beneficiary's responsibility to declare income arising from the transactions and to pay taxes in accordance with applicable legislation.
This Programme, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Luxembourg law, provided that the law of the Participating User's place of residence or domicile may also apply where mandatory provisions are more favourable to the consumer. The court of the Beneficiary User's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Programme.
