Whistleblowing

Whistleblowing

Safeguarding Satispay, our customers and wider society stands at the core of our values. We have therefore established a confidential and fully secure Whistleblowing channel which is available 24/7.

You can use this channel if you are:

  • A Satispay Group employee or former employee;
  • A shareholder or a member of administrative, management and supervisory boards of Satispay;
  • A contractor, subcontractor, supplier;
  • A volunteer or trainee working for Satispay; or
  • A job applicant

And you wish to report actual or potential wrongdoing that you’ve seen and/or heard in your current or previous work activities with Satispay, resulting in a strong suspicion or evidence of any unethical, illegal or fraudulent conduct.

Conduct which is in scope for the purposes of this channel may include (but is not limited to) the following:

  • Breach of Satispay’s legal and regulatory obligations (e.g. AML, GDPR, financial reporting, obligations related to our e-money licence, etc);
  • Fraud of any kind;
  • Bribery and corruption;
  • Money laundering;
  • Deliberate concealment of any of the above.

We encourage you to come forward using the following link:

Please note that the Whistleblowing channel is not the appropriate tool for customer complaints or any contractual or commercial claims which are processed through a dedicated separate channel in accordance with the regulations in force.

It is also possible to report misconduct externally to a local competent authority, depending on where the Satispay entity you are working for/with, have worked for/with, or have applied for, is based. The competent authorities are listed on the landing page of the channel. Local competent authorities will always consider a whistleblower’s report even if the concern has not been raised internally, but they strongly encourage reporting persons to blow the whistle internally in the first instance.
