How to use your Satispay Meal Vouchers

If you haven’t linked an IBAN yet or your Budget or Balance is at €0:


  • Link Your IBAN and wait for your bank to enable Satispay usage


  • Set a Budget or Balance higher than €0 in your personal profile


This will allow you to pay in a single transaction using Satispay Meal Vouchers together with your Balance, avoiding separate payments. Discover how! Can you imagine anything easier or faster?

If you prefer to use your Satispay Meal Vouchers without linking an IBAN or with a Budget or Balance of €0, follow the instructions below:

Find shops that accept Satispay Meal Vouchers

  1. Go to the "Shops" Section

  2. Then, click on the Meal Voucher filter to see which bars, restaurants, and supermarkets accept Satispay Meal Vouchers

Remember, you can use a maximum of 8 meal vouchers in the same transaction.

Select the shop or scan the QR Code

Displayed at the checkout and used by small businesses like bars, restaurants, and grocery stores


  1. Select the shop from the Shops section or scan the displayed QR Code by pressing on QR Code

  2. Enter the total value of your meal vouchers or their multiples and press Send

  3. If your Meal Vouchers don’t cover the total amount, pay the remaining balance using another payment method (electronic or cash)

If you send an amount that doesn’t match the face value of your Meal Vouchers (or their multiples) or you’ve run out of Meal Vouchers, the payment will fail.

View transaction details or receipt

  1. Go to the Profile Section

  2. Click on the transaction to view the receipt and the breakdown of the amount paid with Meal Vouchers

Remember, you can use a maximum of 8 meal vouchers in the same transaction.
